🖋️ 1. General Notary Services

We provide high-quality, reliable notarial acts (Acknowledgements, Jurats, and Oaths) with tiered pricing for your convenience.

• Tier 1 (1–5 Signatures): $5.00 per signature/seal
• Tier 2 (6–10 Signatures): $4.00 per signature/seal
• Tier 3 (11+ Signatures): $4.00 flat rate per signature/seal

🚗 2. Local Service Areas & Travel

Our standard mobile service zone covers Pleasanton, Dublin, Sunol, Livermore, and San Ramon.

• Complimentary Travel: Enjoy a $0 travel fee within our standard service areas during regular business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) for mobile appointments with notarial fees exceeding $30.00.
• Travel Fee (Under $30): If total notarial fees are less than $30.00, please contact us directly for the applicable travel fee.
• Extended Travel: For locations outside our standard zones, a minimum travel fee of $50.00 applies. Final costs may vary based on traffic conditions, peak hours, or holiday scheduling.

🏠 3. Expert Loan Signing Services

• Service Fee: Typically ranges between $90.00 – $200.00 depending on the package size and complexity. Note: There may be additional fees for any services required beyond just the signing (e.g., printing massive packages, extensive wait times, or special courier needs).
• Expanded Free Travel: Enjoy $0 travel fees for all loan signing services within a 40-mile radius of our primary office location.

🌙 4. After-Hours, Weekends & Holidays

We understand that business doesn’t always happen between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday – Friday.

• Flexible Scheduling: For services requested after 5:00 PM on weekdays, anytime on Saturdays/Sundays, or during major holidays, fees will be quoted separately based on availability and location requirements

Preparation Checklist & Important Notice

To ensure a smooth and valid notarization, please review the following before your appointment:

• 🛑 DO NOT SIGN YOUR DOCUMENTS IN ADVANCE. All papers must be signed in the physical presence of the Notary Public.
• ✅ Have Valid ID Ready: All signers must present a current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport).

While California statute permits a maximum fee of $15.00 per signature, Sai California Notary provides discounted tiered pricing starting at $5.00 per signature. A Notary Public verifies only the identity of the individual who signs the document, and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document.
