Sai Advisory Group Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional advisory services through its parent entity and six divisions: Sai Tax Pro, Sai Cal Notary, Sai Assure Insurance Services, Sai Automate, Sai Loans, and Sai Cal Properties.

1. AGENCY & MLO DISCLOSURE

Sai Advisory Group Inc. operates as a service-based agency. We are not a bank, lending institution, insurance carrier, or real estate brokerage.

  • Mortgage Services (Sai Loans): All mortgage-related services are provided by Narayana Rao Surapaneni (NMLS ID: 2783032), acting solely as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) sponsored by and through Loan Factory, Inc. (NMLS ID: 320841). We do not act as a mortgage broker; our role is to originate and facilitate loan applications for processing by the broker of record.
  • Insurance (Sai Assure): We act as authorized agents to facilitate insurance applications with third-party carriers once licensing comes through. Currently we are not offering this service as licensing is pending
  • Real Estate (Sai Cal Properties): Real estate services are provided as licensed agents under the jurisdiction of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). Currently we are not offering this service as licensing is pending

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Public Personal Information” (NPI) required for loan origination, tax preparation, and insurance applications. This includes Identifiers (Name, SSN), Financial Data (Income, assets), and Employment Information.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Broker & Third-Party Actions: Sai Advisory Group, Inc. and its MLOs are not liable for the final underwriting decisions, privacy practices, or data security of the broker of record (Loan Factory, Inc.) or any third-party lenders and insurance carriers.
  • Professional Indemnification: Clients agree to hold Sai Advisory Group, Inc. harmless from any claims arising from the actions of these third-party entities or from inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. DATA SECURITY & CALIFORNIA RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)

We adhere to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to mandatory federal record-retention requirements (e.g., 7 years for tax records).
